How to configure application server for mms client get mms?

Hi Bryce,
the discussions helped me a lot,thanks!
Now I can send M-Notification messages to mms client through sms,and know how to bulid mms message. The M-Notification message indicates mms client to retrieve mms from mms server, suppose the mms message's location is "http://host/test.mms", and test.mms has been built correctly, now how should I configure the application server (such as tomcat) in the MMS server to enable mms client get the mms message successfully through wap?
