we have GSM modems and have launched a payment solution, content delivery, money transfer, chat etc.. Our product works by the end user buying a scratch card on the strret and becomming a member. the ecratch card denomination determines how much funds you have. than you can use your funds to acquire anything. question: my network operators are not cooperative as we are totaly independent and are not sharing any revenues. the operators just get revenue from sms. is there a way to make sure my customers can communicate with our servers and get verification and authentication without the traffic jam. question 2: can i acquire an independent service centre and reroute the traffic. we are located in Tanzania and have 4 operators. area code 255 | |||

How is SMS billed compared to voice? I am told it is cheaper. Is it? Why? | |||

Yea communicate directly through SMSC and don't use Modems. Its direct on socket and much faster. | |||
