XML --> WBXML --> HASH? what do I need?

Hi all,
As far as I can see this place is the ONLY place which I can ask such questions and people will know what I'm talking about...
I don't know exactly what I'm looking for and I hope someone will be able to get some points clear to me...

I would like to use an provisioning XML document and send it to a device using SMS.

As far as I understood by now the XML cannot be used directly and needs to be transformed in some way.
The way is what I'm after...

I have used the NowSMS trial to get some idea, and saw that the XML is converted into 3 SMS messages, containing the UDH and DATA, which I was able to make reuse of, but I would like to know how to reach the UDH/DATA fields out of the XML original data.

Any help would be great, if a commercial solution is also available I would be glad to hear.
