M-notification.ind over SMPP to SMSC

Hi,
I'm having a problem when sending the m-notificatio.ind to a mms clinet over SMPP to SMSC.

The problem seem very funny.I have the following set in the SMPP.
DCS=0000 0100
ESM CLASS=01XX XXXX

my SMPP payload is
0605040B8423F0C306226170706C69636174696F6E2F766E642E7761702E6D6D732D6D6573736167 6500AF848c82987461008d908918802b36303139333534333038322f545950453d504c4d4e009674 657374008a808e030493e08805810301518083687474703a2f2f656967726f75702e636f6d00
