Hi Can anyone assist me? I've spent 20 minutes on the phone to T-Mobile this morning, and am still none the wiser... I genuinely think the person I spoke to had NO idea what I was talking about!! I have a Nokia 6170 handset, on T-Mobile UK network. This phone has video capabilities. I can record and send video clips via MMS, however, last night someone tried to send one to me. All i got was an error message "The message contains unsupported contnt. Video/3gpp" and then the name of the video file. About 10 minutes after this, i got a text from T-Mobile telling me i had a new MMS & to view it I had to go to T-Mobile/pm collect. What is wrong - as i cant see the point of having a phone with video capability, when you cant view things on it and then have to find a PC to log onto the internet?! Any clues?? Thanks

Hello, as the date of your thread is now a couple of weeks old you may of sorted your problem. As I had the same occurance as your self, at first the problem was also, let's say, getting me so mad, I was ready for throwing my phone out the window. Anyway of you wish to view the video / Picture etc, type in www.tmobile.co.uk/pmcollect, along with your number and password, it will along you to download and save to your pc. I am of the same view "What is the point in having this facility if it doesn't work" Still, I managed to see the clip of a friend setting fire to his own public hair. bye x
