Hello, Can anybody be so kind to explain me 3GPP definition of multimedia message size? 3GPP-23.140 states that the size of a mutimedia message is calculated as the sum of the size of the message subject and the size of all elements (including scene description) encapsulated in the message body parts. The question is: do the subject and message body parts get encoded before their size is summed to produce the MMS total size? By encoding I mean the base64 or quoted-printable encodings for example. Thanks in advance, Adel |
