I am currently running hyperterminal to control a Nokia 7210 via a rs-232 serial. My goal is to send SMS messages. The connection/cables work because the following commands present the given responses. AT OK ATI3 Lucent SoftModem Version 3.1.111 But when it comes to SMS messenging or anything else thats more functional... AT+CPIN? ERROR AT+CSMS ERROR Is the Nokia 7210 modem set up to allow the sending of SMS messages? I know theres more fields to fill in to issue these commands, but it's my suspicion that the nokia 7210's modem is the problem. Any feedback would be appreciated. | |||
