I have done all the reading i can take and i still not uderstaning something. How can i go about in chaging someones cell phone number a fee for sending them a SMS. Im going to start offering a product that sends my users a message and i need to know how i can charge there phone bill. anyhelp? thanks archonis@gmail.com | |||
