I create mms file ,then send mms notification for the mms file to mobile client;a few mobile received mms notification,down successful mms file,but a few mobile receive mms notification,don`t down successful mms file. I found that mobile can`t down mms file can receive mms from china mobile mmsc. I found the mobile can`t access my mmsc server. can you help me why the mobile can`t connect my mmsc server but can connect china mobile mmsc? thank you very much! | |||

Some times its a restriction from the telecom provider that it can't access any other MMSC. The phones that can download MMS from China Mobile, must be using the same service provider. Contact China Mobile and ask them if they have any such restrictions. | |||

thanks,but I found some phone always can download mms from my mmsc,other phone some times can download mms from my mmsc, some times can`t lownload mms from my mmsc.why? | |||

- Check MMS size restriction - Check make of phone sending and receiving (MMS Encoding might be different) - MMS uploads on the Sending phone MMSC, so check from receiving phone telecom operator if it allows to download or not. | |||
