Does anyone have any opinions on the best way to charge for a picture messaging related VAS? I was thinking about charging by sending a premium rate SMS when the picture is received. I've looked at the ICSTIS rules on premium SMS billing and can see problems with MMS delivered as email. If you can't verify the MMS sender's MSISDN then I guess you won't be able to pass the ICSTIS licensing conditions. Is it possible to charge for services related to MMS delivered as email? You can try supportuniverse, they have international sms premium billing services, and they can help you. http://www.supportuniverse.com why stick to uk premium sms when you can have "international" premium sms? | |||
