Newbie looking for references

Hello everybody,

I am in charge of the MMS integration on DECT phones, but do not know much about it (first job...).
I would realy appreciate any advices on what documents to read. I have already looked at ETSI 3GPP 122.140 and 123.140. But I can not find more "technical" information as:
- the way the .mms files are writen
- conversion .smil <=> .mms
- SMS/MMS pdu
- how to decode the hex mms : 8c 80 98 30 30...
