Hello, SUBJECT : MMSC USER AGENT PROFILE The User Agent profile of a mobile handset is available in its 'profile' headers. Can anyone please help me out by telling what exactly am i supposed to do to fetch its contents( say on to my Harddisk ) . i,e; Profile: http:// xyz... .xml Also heard that this header is sometimes sent by the wap gateway and sometimes not. If not sent, then what am i supposed to do?? anybody with suggestions, Thanks in advance, Siddarth | |||

You would fetch the URL specified in the header. If the header is not present, then the only limited information that may be available is a "User-Agent:" header that the device sends out. You would have to collect information to identify these different "User-Agent" heaeders. | |||
