I have a problem regarding the encoding of content type in M-Retrieve.conf message . The wap-230 refers it to site http://www.wapforum.org/wina. but i cant find any relevant details there. The dump of the content type in ascii is

84 1B B3 8B application/smil 00 8C 60 65 65 65 65 62 00 01 82 21 19 application/smil 00 81 EA 85 65 65 65 65 00

84 stands for content type. I cannot decode this content type. Can u help me decode this message

You need to read the WAP Wireless Session Protocol (WSP-230) specification, and study how it defines the encoding of the "content-type" header.
