I'm getting the following error suddenly in Debug log. It was working fine till evening and suddenly I saw NOW SMS has stopped working and giving the following error. +CMS ERROR: 302 Product Version : v2006.03.09 In the Serial # tab it shows "Software Upgrade Aggreement: EXPIRED". Kindly confirm has my license expired or what could be the possible reason for it to stop working. | |||

Hi, Your license is not expired. You just are not able to download any new updates and enhancements unless you renew your updates agreement. The error is coming from the modem, not from NowSMS. CMS ERROR: 302 means "operation not allowed". The first thing I would do is reset your modem to see if this corrects the problem. If the problem doesn't go away, move the SIM card from the modem to a phone and verify that you can send SMS with that SIM in a phone. If this is a prepaid SIM, it is likely that you're out of credit. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||
