help me! I recently replied to a popup on my computer telling me I could get a free ringtone if I entered my phone number. since then I have recieved 2 sets of 3 messages, costing me £3 a time to recieve. I don't want this as it is using up all my money. Is there a way I can stop them texting me by blocking the number, what can I do? | |||

Hi Anonymous Its a common problem.....working for Vodafone Helpline we get many of these. Do you happen to know what the short code (NUA) a 4 or five digit number where the sms originate from? With that I would be able to find out which company is responsible for it and give you their contact details. You can email it to me forgotaboutdreuk@yahoo.com On receipt of your email I will then check the short code on our list to see if we have the contact details. YOU CAN ALSO CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDERS THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO SUPPORT YOU. |
