My provider told me that use A transmitter and Receiver Bind for sending and delivery fetch. I used both connections, i could send messages. But the receiver cannot fetch any deliver_sm PDU. What may be the error. Does smpp receiver support delivery report fetch after sometime. How can i configure these 2 sessions to work well. Please suggest a good solution ! | |||

Hi Kiran, I'm assuming that this is not a support question related to NowSMS, and that this is a general SMPP support question. In this case, perhaps you need to bind with additional parameters in order to receive messages (in particular, some providers require address_range to be specified). Or perhaps you think you're binding as a receiver, but you're not. Or perhaps you are not setting the flag properly to request a delivery report when you send a message. Or perhaps your provider requires that you use a transceiver (simultaneous transmit and receive over a single connection) instead of separate connections. When you are bound as a receiver (or transceiver), delivery reports are pushed to you just like any other message. -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

Hi Thanks for the reply I have connected in Receiver mode. Thats sure. May be other reasons ! i will check it with the provider ! | |||
