I notice that, there's an APPLICATION characteristic within some operator's Provisioning content. But I can't find it in specification - WAP-183-ProvCont-20010724-a.pdf. I want to make sure that the binary encoding is correct. Can somebody tell me where can I find that specification ? | |||

You mention WAP-183 ... that's the 1.0 spec. Basically, I don't think anyone ever implemented it. Everyone seemed to wait until 1.1 until implementing things. Go to the OMA site, and get the 1.1 spec ... I think that will help you out. -bn | |||
