1) Are there only SMS sim cards (without voice). Is this technically possible. 2) Do you know of any service provider in any country that provides such sim cards. 3) Do They have this in prepaid and post paid basis and what are the pre-conditions/ tariffs. 4) Will such a sim card roam | |||

I just bought a SFR (France) with "Le Compte" service. It's a prepaid sim card with 17€/mont usabled with voice or only sms. SMS prices are 0.10€ /sms So I can send 170 SMS a month and can buy recharges... Good... | |||

Yes, in Belgium you call find SIM cards from the leading providers with a SMS-only-module. check out on your local providers' website (business-solutions). | |||
