Hi, I tried to start Now SMS sms gateway service, but everytime i click 'start' nothing happens. Is there any logging files where it display what error happened? I tried to look at the "view log files", "event log" nothing important is there. Thanks | |||

Hi, No errors at all? Occasionally, we get reports of some virus scanners blocking the installation of SMSGWS.EXE, which then results in a 1067 error when attempting to start the service. At least you see some error in this case. I'd start by verifying that SMSGWS.EXE is present in the NowSMS program directory. As a next step, enable the debug logs on the "Serial #" page of the configuration, and check them. However, from the sound of things, the service is not even attempting to start which suggests perhaps a rights issue of some sort? -- Des NowSMS Support | |||

I didn't receive any error at all, it may be related with the initial install where one of the file was caught by anti virus. I had reinstall NowSMS and it is working fine | |||
