Hi, I've been trying NowSMS to receive MMS using MM7. The problem is all the picture that i've sent been resized into 240x160. I read this post: http://blog.nowsms.com/2007/06/small-image-size-in-received-mms.html and add following line in the MMSC.INI file HeaderUserAgent=NokiaN95/11.0.026; Series60/3.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 HeaderProfile="http://nds1.nds.nokia.com/uaprof/NN95-1r100.xml" After tried different HeaderUserAgent and Header Profile I still received 240x160. I suspect that I modify a wrong file. Is there another way to modify the HeaderUserAgent and Header Profile? Thanks

Hi, I assume NowSMS is receiving the MMS message via a modem connection, right? And your application is interfacing with NowSMS via MM7. I just want to make sure that I am understanding correctly. If I am correct with this ... then here's what I'd suggest. Make sure those settings are under the [MMSC] section header of MMSC.INI. Even if they are present, it is possible that your mobile operator is ignoring them. Try putting the SIM card into a more advanced phone. Send several MMS messages to yourself and see if they are continuing to be downsized. Assuming that they are still being downsized, you might try contacting support at your mobile operator. They might have an internal database of what phone they think you have upon which they are making the determination of how to resize the pictures. It's also possible that sending a few MMS messages from a more advanced device will cause the operator's configuration data to be automatically updated. -- Des NowSMS Support
