Do any one know how to implement User Data Header(UDH) in CDMA message.

UDH doesn't exist in CDMA environments...at least not in the same way.

Functionality that is provided by UDH in GSM environments is provided in different ways in a CDMA environment, or in some cases, not provided.

To the best of my knowledge, long messages are not supported, at least not long text messages. There is no UDH equivalent for segmentation in CDMA environments.

Port addressing is supported via the WDP protocol, which defines different encodings for different environments. In GSM, it encodes port addresses in the UDH. In CDMA, a different header format is used with the message sent over the WAP teleservice. This format is defined in the WAP WDP specification (www.openmobilealliance.org). Because CDMA does not support long segmented messages, WAP WDP requires the SMSC to use the same message id for each message segment. However, this is impossible over protocols like SMPP because the submitter cannot define the message id. Therefore another specification was defined for WDP adaptation over SMPP, with a focus on CDMA environments. So you most likely also need the WAP WDP Adaption spec if you are trying to accomplish this.

The other type of UDH that is in somewhat common use is UDH for EMS. In CDMA environments, this UDH is encoded at the start of the CDMA message data, but with the WEMT teleservice specified for the message.

That's a sort of quick overview.
