Sending MMS from O2 to T-Mobile Problem

Hi

I have two phones one one O2 and the other on T-Mobile, Both work great etc the only problem I have is that from my new O2 phone (E800 Samsung) Iamunable to send MMS to any T-Mobile phones. I have no problems with any other network all the t-mobile shows is that I have recieved a SMS not a MMS and the standard message to pick up the pic. Please help if possible
