hi, many of our clients use nowsms tool to submit there messages .there is no problem with text messages.. but when they send binary messages/unicode message they submit in the hex format but we are recieveing it in some encoded format may be utf8/utf16 can any body help me out how to recognize/differciate b/n utf8 and utf16 formats and how to convert them back to hex in java so that i can insert them to into message queue regards Heral | |||
