hello i badly need help in here.. this is part of an m-retrieve-conf that I have received. 84 33 09 b3 8a 3c 73 6d 69 6c 3e 00 how do you decode this? 73 6d 69 6c 3e 00 must be the text string <smil> 8a is the start parameter i guess? how do you explain 33 09 b3? thanks | |||

09 is the value length (b3 8a 3c 73 6d 69 6c 3e 00) b3 is the content type but who can explain why there is a leading 33 in there? also, anyone in here knows how to encode and parse content ids and content location? | |||
