i was paid to design a basic website for someone hoping to start a cell-phone reseller company (simple enough). he now also wants to have polyphonic/mp3 ringtones available on the website for free to visitors (him footing the bill as needed). for a while i've been trying to research doing this for him. what very little i have found seems a bit above my head (html, css, bassic php/javascripting, basic c, etc) or at least an extremely complicated ordeal to get running. can anyone point me in the right direction, an outline of what i need to research, etc. ? if it is well beyond what i feel i could do, where would i go to outsource such a project (or anyone know of anyone that would be interested). any feedback would be appreciated. | |||

You can visit Nokia site. You can download documents of SmartMessaging, which discribes the ringtong, picture etc in Nokia phone. | |||
