SimplePCConnect is provided by simpleteam.com freely. It supports AT command via IRDA or serial port. It can drive many devices, such as Nokia, NEC, Siemens, WaveCOM etc.
By using this driver you can send Chinese (Normal or Display Immediately), English, WAP Push (Service Indication /Service Loading), GPRS settings, MMS Indication, and PHS in China.
We provide DLL (_stdcall) for developing. There are also whole VB examples and implementation documents. Download it from simpleteam.com freely.
