i have just got a samsung e720 and mms and gprs dont work. i emailed o2 and they said they were activated on my account. they are now telling me to phone a premium rate number to speak to their technial team about mms while gprs issues will be sent to a specilist department via email. i dont see why customers should pay in excess of £20 per month for their contract and then pay 50p a minute to seek help for their problems! any one else experienced such problems? email me at : thompa14@hotmail.com
