How do I extract the MSISDN number from the request URL in my content server using PHP. | |||

I was wondering, MSISDN, is that taken care of by the provider's WAP Gateway/MMSC or should I extract and insert it in one of the PDU's? The specs tell it's optional and could both be handled by the provider and the user agent. But in the real world, what would the procedure be? Since it is not in the specs could I take for granted it is handled by the provider? | |||
