Hi I am working on GSM 11.14 ver 7.6. I am in confusion regarding working of Menu Selection. Hear goes my issue. I am having Airtel SIM. The SIM supports Menu Selection. When I select root menu, it display its child menu which are already stored in SIM during its personalization. Then I select Airtel Live menu. Again it is displaying its child menu. Now when I select this leaf menu, it sends SMS to provider/server. After few second few Menus appear on screen. I think these menus sent by providers. And when I selects any of those menu I am able to view its child menus. Here is my query. 1. When I am selecting menu which are on sim then action on those menu selection are defined in SIM during personalization, but when I am selecting menu which is sent by provider's server, where the actions are defined? Surely not on SIM. 2. Do menu coming from server interact with SIM of only ME handles this? Because SIM don't have any action defined for those menus as those are dynamic. If you have any reference who can provide me kind guidance, please refer me. Expecting response. Amrawat. | |||
