I am developing the WAP stack support for a new phone. I would like to test the support for WAP Push in connection-oriented mode, but I didin't find a way to make one. I have already tested the connectionless mode by sending a WAP Push from NowSMS GW via SMPP server to the IP address of the PC with phone simulator running. I understand I must force NowSMS to send WAP Push to some PPG, which should then send it to the specified IP address. Is there a public PPG which could be used for this purpose? For example, there is a waptunnel GW which supposedly supports push (at least it declares the support in ConnectReply message). If I connect to the waptunnel GW, would I be able to send a WAP Push there using NowSMS and receive it to my device? Or, you know of a better way to do it? | |||
