Having read the specifications for WDP, I am wondering what the Datagram Reference Number is, and how to use it. It says 'a value of a modulo 0xFFFF counter that is incremented each time a new datagram is send using SAR to a specific destination'. Does this mean that you can choose your own value for this, and it doesn't matter what it is, or is there some specification for it? Any comments would be gratefully received. | |||
