How to implemet the functionality to show the SI content

Hi,
I develop a push client program in my SmartPhone and it can recieve the wap push message. It shows the push message body in binary(WBXML)correctly now(refer to SI spec). But i have no idea about how to translate these binary code to text formate(write a parser by myself?) and show it in a appropreated form(showing the hyperlink). Could anyone gives me more detail or some hints about this?! Thanks~

Maybe somebody can give me a link about the SI content decoder!? I can use it to parse the content.
