Hi, i want to send a wap push(SI) over ucp to some smsc. can someone tell me how the Tmsg field is encoded? i know that both the url and the text of the service indication should be included in it, but i don't understand how. i have an example of a working ucp message: Tmsg: BF0601AE02056A0045C60C03676F2E6 17869736D6F62696C652E636F6D00070103787878000101 thanks. | |||
