Unable to push the OTA settings Motorola V600 & Nokia 6600

Hi All,
I tried withe the example given in the "Series 60 Decloper platform2.0: Oma client provisioning" as a data (wbxml document) & Userpin 12345678 as a key to the SHA-1 alrogithm. (Using the tool www.slasoft.com/haskcalc).

What ever the output got from this tools i used that one as MAC( after converting into Hexa decimal string) value.

1. Nokia 6600 is not displaying any message. I think i am doing mistake in calculating the MAC value.
2. Even in case of Motorola V600 also same
Here i am attaching the both provisioning & coverted wbxml document and the MAC value.

Please help in this regard
1. What ever the value i am setting as MAC is it sorrect?
2. Is any other parameter is required
