Testing to send some WAP-PUSH messages I've discovered that messages are apparently not delivered to some models of mobile phones. It depends on the characters composing the short text that is shown in the screen upon message arrival. A have also discovered that the URL to get the content is also a key factor. Messages aren't delivered to some devices in case this element doesn't represent a well formed URL. I tried to find out information about this issues through WAP specs but without success.
