Hi All I am working in a mobile phone company, I am begining with SMPP and SMS, the company need that the employes send message from celular to a number like 9999, this number is an large account in the SMSC, this large account have the port 9900, then we want that this large account establish comunication with a server, this server must be to receiver the message. my question is, the open Net::SMPP of perlis a good tools to build my program that received the messages?
